## Priority reminder

Update core framework modules to the newer refined versions already available in working material:

1. `TE_CORE`
2. `TE_MODULE_SVP`
3. `TE_MODULE_SCIMS`
4. `TE_MODULE_VERT`
5. `TE_MODULE_LENS`
6. `TE_MODULE_PPRO`
7. related loader/router indexes (`INDEX.md`, `OBJECT_REGISTRY.md`, `object_registry.json`, load profiles)

## Why this is pending

OCT v5.3.0 governance hardening was prioritized for publication synchronization (GitHub/Zenodo/OSF/HF).  
Module-version uplift remains the next mandatory alignment task.
