Scope: second editorial pass and preprint-ready closure.

## Intervention performed

- `OCT_FOUNDATIONAL_OPERA_PREPRINT_CANDIDATE_v1_0.md`

Main changes:
1. update metadata and editorial status of the draft to `v0.9`;
2. integration of explicit section on validation status (cycle 1-4);
3. methodological roadmap integration from `revise` to `validated`;
4. manuscript closing update on current baseline;
5. issuing the `v1.0` preprint candidate file.
