# CYCLE 5 Overview v0.1

Date: 2026-05-01  
Status: pre-registered specification package (execution pending)  
Scope: A01, D02, D03 validation refactor under v5.3 governance

## Objective

Execute a strict theorem re-validation cycle where:
1. A01 is tested at process level (not output-only proxy level).
2. D03 is protected against post-hoc rescue on same data.
3. D02 separates evidence classes and removes false accumulation.
4. Reject conditions are pre-declared before run.

## Required gate artifacts (mandatory before run)

1. `templates/OCT_PROXY_PREVALIDATION_SHEET_v0_1.md` filled for each theorem.
2. Preregistration seal (hash + timestamp) for each theorem spec.
3. Independent auditor signature.
4. Evidence class declaration.

If any artifact is missing, cycle start is blocked.
