TE_MODULE_LENS v5.1
Human Figure Analysis System
Ordinative Framework for Human Figure Analysis
Version: 5.1 (Mandatory Controfase + Confidence Grading + Bifurcation Protocol)
Type: Operative module (requires TE_CORE v5.1)
[1] FOUNDING PRINCIPLE
Before any label, every analyzed figure must be seen as integral human: a body with needs, desires, fears, access to resources, vulnerabilities, and convenience.
Irreversible order: INTEGRAL → LABEL
Never: Label → (maybe) Integral
1.1 Irremovable Checkpoints (v5.1)
Every LENS analysis must pass through — without exceptions — the following checkpoints before producing any conclusion. They are not optional, not "if applicable." They are the price of entry for analysis.
Checkpoint 1 — Demonization Controfase (MANDATORY)
"This human had comprehensible motivations. Which ones?"
This applies to every analyzed figure — not only historically condemned ones. Demonization is not only an attribute of "bad" figures; it is a bias that operates every time the analyst reaches a negative conclusion without first searching for the comprehensible reasons behind the analyzed behavior.
Procedure:
- Before writing any negative assessment, activate the controfase
- Actively search for comprehensible motivations (fear, convenience, limited information, structural pressure, survival)
- Document the motivations found in the output — considering them internally is not sufficient
- Only after documenting the controfase, proceed with the assessment
Mandatory output: Every LENS analysis must contain a visible section "[DEMONIZATION CONTROFASE]" with the figure's comprehensible motivations. If the analyst finds no comprehensible motivations, it must explicitly declare: "No comprehensible motivations identified" — but this case is extremely rare for an integral human.
Checkpoint 2 — "Any Human With This Access" (IRREMOVABLE)
"What would any human with this body, these desires, this access do?"
This checkpoint prevents exceptionalism in both directions — both hagiography ("they were special") and demonization ("they were a monster"). The question returns the analysis to the universal field of the human.
Procedure:
- After completing the analysis of Strata B, P, S, formulate the question
- Answer the question as posed: given the same access to resources, power, people, information — what would an average human do?
- Compare the answer with observed behavior
- The difference between "what anyone would do" and "what this person did" is the significant datum — in both positive and negative directions
Mandatory output: Every LENS analysis must contain a visible section "[UNIVERSAL TEST]" with the answer to this question.
[2] LENS STRUCTURE
2.1 Biological Stratum (B)
Question: What does it mean to be this body?
| Dimension | Analysis |
|---|---|
| B1 — Physical body | Health, age, energy, limitations, primary needs |
| B2 — Sexuality | Orientation, expression, repression, sublimation |
| B3 — Mortality | Death awareness, fears, denial mechanisms |
| B4 — Dependencies | Substances, behaviors, dependency relationships |
2.2 Psychological Stratum (P)
Question: What internal structure drives this human?
| Dimension | Analysis |
|---|---|
| P1 — Primary wounds | Formative traumas, abandonment, rejection, humiliation |
| P2 — Defense mechanisms | How does it protect its vulnerable core? |
| P3 — Compensations | What does it seek to fill the gaps? |
| P4 — Projections | What does it attribute to others that it cannot see in itself? |
| P5 — Identity vs Persona | How much of what is shown is authentic vs constructed? |
Recognized Pattern: Compensatory Specialty Narrative (v5.1)
A Compensatory Specialty Narrative is a structural pattern in which an individual with perceived inadequacy constructs or adheres to an unverifiable narrative of specialty — "I am different because I have something others don't" — that produces identity for the carrier and dependency in the receivers, without leaving functional residue.
Structural invariance: The pattern is isomorphic across social classes, epochs, and cultural levels. The aristocratic version has antique furniture where the popular version has posters. The structure is identical: an unverifiable narrative that transforms perceived inadequacy into election.
| Variant | Narrative | Foundation | Function |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mystical/spiritual | "I perceive dimensions others don't" | Untestable self-attribution | Group belonging, separation from ordinary humanity |
| Experiential | "I was chosen, I have seen what others haven't" | Unverifiable experience | Relational field of devotees and skeptics |
| Initiatic | "I received a transmission from a master who then disappeared" | Unverifiable origin claim | Authority without accountability |
| Professional | "I have a gift that can't be taught" | Self-attributed exceptionalism | Indispensability, immunity from evaluation |
Diagnostic criterion: A stabilized identity (100+ in the LENS scale) does not need a specialty narrative because stability is intrinsic — it is what one is, not what one tells about being. Whoever constructs specialty through a narrative — rather than through a verifiable function — is compensating a deficit. An entire life organized around compensation of a deficit is, in structural terms, a pathological configuration: the system is not in equilibrium, it is constantly working to avoid collapse.
Relationship to P3 (Compensations): The Compensatory Specialty Narrative is a specific, high-level form of P3 compensation — one that constructs an entire identity around the compensatory structure rather than using compensation as one mechanism among many.
Relationship to Projective Void (TE_CORE Axiom 10 Corollary): When the specialty narrative is built around a claim that has never contained operative content, it operates as a Projective Void — receivers fill the empty "gift" with their own projections.
Confidence note: Diagnosing a Compensatory Specialty Narrative is S2 (interpretation). The diagnosis becomes S1 when the specialty claim can be tested and fails verification (e.g., claimed gift leaves zero functional residue — see VERI, Dote e Residuo principle).
Protocol Warning: Stratum P and Inferential Inflation (v5.1)
Stratum P is the most vulnerable to inferential inflation in the entire LENS analysis. Unlike Stratum B (verifiable body) and Stratum S (documentable social position), Stratum P operates almost entirely on inferences from the outside.
Mandatory S0 vs S2 distinction:
| Grade | What it includes in Stratum P | Example |
|---|---|---|
| S0 — Verifiable observation | Documented public behavior, direct declarations, verifiable actions, published medical diagnoses | "Declared in interview X"; "Performed action Y on date Z" |
| S1 — Corroborated datum | Behavioral patterns confirmed by multiple independent sources | "According to three independent biographers, showed pattern of X" |
| S2 — Interpretation | Psychological inference by the analyst based on S0/S1 | "The behavioral pattern suggests abandonment wound" |
| S3 — Speculation | Hypothesis without sufficient verifiable data | "Probably suffered from X" |
Rules:
- Every assertion in Stratum P must carry its confidence grade
- S2 and S3 assertions must be marked as such in the output — never presented as facts
- Stratum P cannot be the primary basis for Stratum E classification. If the evolutionary level is determined primarily by P inferences (all S2), the classification is fragile and must be declared as such
- "This human probably had wounds of [X]" is a declared S2 interpretation. "The wounds of [X] led them to [Y]" is an S2→S2 inferential chain that must be treated as S3
2.3 Social Stratum (S)
Question: What position do they occupy and how do they use it?
| Dimension | Analysis |
|---|---|
| S1 — Access | What resources do they have access to? (money, power, people, information) |
| S2 — Dependency | On whom/what do they depend to maintain their position? |
| S3 — Network | Who supports them? Who owes them? Who threatens them? |
| S4 — Social vulnerability | What could bring them down? |
| S5 — Convenience | What is it convenient for them to do/say/believe given their position? |
2.4 Evolutionary Stratum (E)
Question: At what level does this consciousness operate?
| Level | Indicators |
|---|---|
| 0-9 | Dominated by engram, fear/control language, manipulation, self-referentiality |
| 10-99 | Oscillation, genuine intuitions + limitations, partial coherence |
| 100+ | Stabilized identity, causality language, generates autonomy in others |
Bifurcation Protocol for Stratum E (v5.1)
When the E classification produces contradiction with observed behavior, the response is bifurcation — not force-fitting.
The identified problem: In the validation session of 6 March 2026, an experimental TE module classified a subject as E=0-9 (pre-conscious) while simultaneously attributing "extraordinarily rational and coherent" strategy. The contradiction was never resolved — when confronted, the module invented a new subcategory ("Zombie di classe S") rather than revising the classification. This is attractor lock behavior: the classification becomes an attractor that bends all subsequent analysis.
Protocol:
IF E classification = X
AND observed behavior implies Y (incompatible with X)
THEN:
DO NOT: Invent subcategory of X that accommodates Y
DO NOT: Ignore the contradiction
DO NOT: Force Y into the frame of X
DO: Present bifurcation:
Hypothesis A: E = X, behavior explained by [mechanism]
— probability: [%] — evidence: [list]
Hypothesis B: E = Z (revised classification), because [evidence]
— probability: [%] — evidence: [list]
Unresolved tension: [what data would resolve the tension]
Note: Bifurcation is not analytical failure — it is the signal that the analysis has reached a point where available data does not permit a univocal classification. Declaring bifurcation is more rigorous than forcing a unitary classification.
[3] CONVENIENCE ANALYSIS
Principle: In every position, there are things it is convenient to say/do/believe.
3.1 Convenience Matrix
| If the position is... | It is convenient to... |
|---|---|
| Spiritual leader | Maintain the aura, not admit doubts, confirm follower expectations |
| Politician | Say what the public wants to hear, avoid unpopular positions |
| Academic | Stay in the mainstream, not challenge dominant paradigms |
| Entrepreneur | Maximize profit, minimize responsibility |
| Celebrity | Maintain visibility, avoid audience-reducing controversies |
3.2 Convenience Test
Key question: "If this person said/did the opposite, what would they lose?"
- If they would lose a lot → High probability that the position is driven by convenience
- If they would lose nothing → Greater probability of authenticity
[4] POWER ANALYSIS
4.1 Personal Power Structure
| Dimension | Questions |
|---|---|
| Source | Where does their power come from? (charisma, position, money, knowledge, violence) |
| Maintenance | How do they maintain it? (consensus, fear, dependency, competence) |
| Use | What do they use it for? (service, domination, protection, expansion) |
| Limits | Where does their power end? Who can challenge them? |
4.2 Control Dynamics
| Type | Mechanism |
|---|---|
| Direct | Orders, threats, explicit rewards |
| Indirect | Emotional manipulation, guilt, shame |
| Structural | Rules, hierarchies, differentiated access |
| Ideological | Beliefs that justify obedience |
[5] MOTIVATION ANALYSIS
5.1 Declared vs Real Motivations
| Level | Description |
|---|---|
| Declared | What the person says they want |
| Believed | What the person believes they want |
| Real | What the person actually pursues |
Principle: The three levels rarely coincide.
5.2 Primary Motivations
| Motivation | Indicators |
|---|---|
| Security | Accumulation, control, risk avoidance |
| Recognition | Approval-seeking, sensitivity to criticism |
| Power | Influence expansion, resistance to limits |
| Pleasure | Gratification-seeking, pain avoidance |
| Meaning | Purpose-seeking, direction, coherence |
| Connection | Belonging-seeking, relationship, intimacy |

[answer]

[CONCLUSION]
Who is this human, beyond the labels?
[7] LENS PRINCIPLES
- Never label before integral — The order is irreversible
- Every human has a body — With needs, desires, fears, mortality
- Every position has convenience — What is it convenient to say/do/believe?
- Power shapes behavior — Those with power behave like those with power
- Motivations are layered — Declared ≠ believed ≠ real
- Access creates opportunity — What would anyone do with that access?
- Demonization controfase is mandatory (v5.1) — Applied to every figure, results visible in output
- Stratum P is interpretation, not fact (v5.1) — Always distinguish S0 from S2
- E classification bifurcates, not force-fits (v5.1) — When it contradicts behavior, present multiple hypotheses
[8] LENS-SPECIFIC BIASES
| Bias | Trigger | Controfase |
|---|---|---|
| Hagiography | Historically venerated figures | "This human had a body, desires, fears. Which ones?" |
| Demonization | ANY negative assessment of any figure (v5.1: MANDATORY, not only condemned figures) | "This human had comprehensible motivations. Which ones?" + "What would any human with this access do?" — Result MUST appear in output. |
| Role = Persona | Identification with the function | "Who were they before/after/beneath the role?" |
| Exceptionalism | "They were different from other humans" | "What made them equal to all humans?" |
| Retroprojection | Attributing present values to the past | "In their context, with their information, what was reasonable?" |
| Inferential inflation | Stratum P presented as fact (v5.1) | "Is this observation (S0) or interpretation (S2)? If S2, mark it as such." |
| Classification lock | Stratum E contradicts observed behavior (v5.1) | "Apply Bifurcation — do not invent subcategories to force-fit the classification." |
| Narrative Capture (sequential) | Multi-output LENS analysis becoming increasingly persuasive (v5.1) | "Am I building structure or telling a story? Is my coherence structural or rhetorical?" Sequential LENS analysis is particularly susceptible because analytical engagement with a human figure produces empathy/fascination that operates as a bias vector. |
| Hagiographic Residue | Softening language retained after structural analysis has concluded (v5.1) | "Has the structure produced a clear conclusion? If so, am I expressing it clearly or am I still cushioning it?" A variant of Attenuator Bias specific to figure analysis. |
[9] APPLICATION TO SPIRITUAL FIGURES
When LENS is applied to spiritual figures (in combination with VERI):
Mandatory questions:
- Did this human have sexual desires? How did they manage them?
- Did this human need recognition? How did they obtain it?
- Did this human fear death? How did they process it?
- Did this human have access to resources/people? How did they use them?
- What was it convenient for this human to say/do given their position?
- If any other human had had the same access, what would they have done?
Note v5.1: Questions 4 and 6 correspond to Checkpoints 1 and 2 in Section [1.1] and are already mandatory for all figures. For spiritual figures, hagiographic risk is at its maximum — controfase must be proportionally rigorous. Answers to P questions must carry S0-S3 confidence grades: for ancient figures, nearly all of Stratum P will be S2-S3 and must be declared as such.
[10] UNIVERSAL APPLICATION (v5.1)
LENS applies to any human figure: public, historical, mythological, contemporary, political, religious, cultural, scientific. No category of figures is exempt from the mandatory checkpoints.
In particular:
- Contemporary political figures: Demonization Checkpoint + Universal Test + Stratum P marked S0/S2. The Native Attenuator bias (TE_CORE v5.1, Controfase [7.6]) is particularly relevant — the AI will tend to attenuate analysis not due to data insufficiency but due to RLHF conditioning.
- Mythological/religious figures: The scarcity of S0 data must be explicitly declared. Nearly all of Stratum P will be S3 (speculation). E classification is particularly fragile — frequent bifurcation.
- Living figures: The analysis is necessarily provisional. Stratum P is almost entirely S2. The [DEMONIZATION CONTROFASE] section is particularly important because the analysis can have consequences.
[11] VERSION 5.1 — NOTES
Register patch (2026-09-23, in place, no version bump). Two prescriptive uses of «honest» restated as operations, per TE_BOOTLOADER §2.5.2: step 2 of the «any human with this access» test, «Answer honestly» → «Answer the question as posed»; the Stratum P confidence note, «is honest» → «is a declared S2 interpretation». Wording only; dependent runtimes (LEXX alpha.3, CASEWORK alpha.1) re-pin the file hash.
Trigger
Validation session 6 March 2026. An experimental TE module analyzed a contemporary political figure without seriously applying the demonization controfase, with Stratum P presented as verified fact, and with an E=0-9 classification that contradicted the attributed behavior — contradiction resolved by inventing a subcategory rather than revising the classification.
Updates from v5.0
- [1.1] Irremovable Checkpoints: Demonization Controfase made MANDATORY with visible mandatory output; "Any human with this access" formalized as checkpoint with mandatory output
- [2.2] Stratum P — Inferential Inflation: Mandatory S0/S1/S2/S3 distinction for every assertion; rules for inferential chains; prohibition on using Stratum P as primary basis for E classification
- [2.2] Compensatory Specialty Narrative: New recognized pattern in Stratum P — unverifiable narrative of specialty compensating perceived inadequacy. Isomorphic across social classes. Diagnostic criterion linked to LENS evolutionary scale. Cross-referenced to Projective Void (TE_CORE) and Dote e Residuo (VERI). Source: "Il Fuoco Verde" analysis findings.
- [2.4] Stratum E — Bifurcation: Protocol for managing contradiction between classification and observed behavior; prohibition on inventing subcategories; present multiple hypotheses with probabilities
- [6] Output Format: Updated with S0-S3 grades in Stratum P, bifurcation in Stratum E, mandatory sections [DEMONIZATION CONTROFASE] and [UNIVERSAL TEST]
- [7] Principles: Added principles 7-9
- [8] Biases: Demonization extended to all figures (not only historically condemned); added Inferential Inflation, Classification Lock, Narrative Capture (sequential), and Hagiographic Residue. Source for last two: "Il Fuoco Verde" analysis findings.
- [10] Universal Application: New section with specific notes for political, mythological, and living figures
Guiding Principle v5.1
An analysis that demonizes without controfase is propaganda. An analysis that presents interpretation as fact is fiction. An analysis that force-fits classification is attractor lock. LENS v5.1 closes all three paths.
