A. Manuscript package

D. GitHub readiness

E. Gate before final publication

1. Final human review of the preprint candidate manuscript.2. Check consistency between textual claims and revise status in decision matrix.3. Fill in OCT_PREPRINT_METADATA_TEMPLATE_v0_1.md.4. Consolidate OCT_PREPRINT_METADATA_FILLED_v0_1.md.5. Choice of license and final bibliographic metadata (DOI-ready version, if desired).

F. Gate closing (2026-04-19)

1. Metadata finalized in OCT_PREPRINT_METADATA_FINAL_v1_0.md.2. Repository aligned license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).3. Only DOI assignment at the time of external deposit remains optional.
