Main changes:

1. update metadata and editorial status of the draft to v0.9;
2. integration of explicit section on validation status (cycle 1-4);
3. methodological roadmap integration from revise to validated;
4. manuscript closing update on current baseline;
5. issuing the v1.0 preprint candidate file.
